The Plunge

After years of toying with the idea, unable to commit to a design or location, I finally took the plunge...



With some excellent moral support provided by my friend, Traci, I survived my first tattoo. And I don't regret it one bit...

    Wow! Look at you go! Does the tatoo have any special meaning?

    The shape is actually a cross, which in itself has great meaning!

    Also, to me, it alludes to John 15:5:
    "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

    That's awesome! I went to Icon when I had my tragus done.. might go back and have it done again. You're braver than I! Did it hurt lots???

    Thanks, girl. Yeah they were good at Icon. Angel did a great job with the design and execution. The tattoo did hurt QUITE a bit. It hurt so much that it made my face break out in a sweat! But, I survived, and I am really glad I did it!
